War and Peace with Technology.<\/p>\n

Current events in the Middle East demonstrate how technology<\/strong> plays a crucial strategic role<\/strong> in military success. In this regard, I would like to share a research presented in Cernobbio by TEHA<\/strong> (The European House-Ambrosetti<\/strong>), conducted in collaboration with Leonardo<\/strong>, a world leader in the aeronautical, military and defense sector.<\/p>\n

Traditionally, the military field<\/strong> is a key indicator of technological development<\/strong>: new technologies receive huge military investments, while mature ones tend to disappear from the “radar”. The relationship between Europe<\/strong>, the United States<\/strong> and the rest of the world<\/strong> highlighted by this research leads to some reflections on the limited role we play today in this global scenario.<\/p>\n
