Lorenzo Montagna was appointed speaker at the event of the European Association of Luxury Hotel Managers held in Lisbon on February 10th.
The international event is a point of reference in the 5-star hotel industry, it is where the tourism sector confronts itself and looks beyond to question itself and anticipate future scenarios in the Travel & Hospitality sector. Lorenzo has the task of taking stock between Institutions and BIG Brands, on the evolution of experiences and value from physical, to digital, to virtual in a world that is returned to travel after the stop of 2020 and 2022, but with a different clientele on both the business and leisure side due to the strong acceleration towards digital, a new world to be managed, served and proposed as experiential content, thanks also to immersive technologies.
